Located in the Westlake area of Los Angeles, Bonnie Brae Village Apartments will offer 92 apartments for low-income seniors including 45 apartments for homeless/formerly homeless seniors with disabilities.

Bonnie Brae Village is a planned 83,900 square foot, 4-story apartment community where senior residents will receive on-site supportive services provided by People Assisting the Homeless and will include access to on-site case managers, linkages to healthcare, mental health, and other mainstream resources. Ongoing training and classes will be provided in the areas of money management, employment educational opportunities, nutrition and cooking, healthcare, and mental health services. In addition, Bonnie Brae Village will have designated offices for other supportive service providers to assist tenants.
